The art
I wanted to create something that could bring a little magic into people’s everyday lives. The Flaming Feather started small, from my parents’ house, where I desgined my first potions in my attic bedroom and crafted them on the kitchen table. What began as a personal creative idea grew into a brand where imagination, craftsmanship, and storytelling come together through handmade objects.
Concept & Design
Every product started with an idea, from the shape of a bottle to the story behind its contents. I developed the concepts, visual identity, labels, and designs to create a cohesive authentic feeling across the whole collection. Sometimes inspired by existing fantasy worlds and sometimes my own unique ideas.
Managing a business
As the sole owner of The Flaming Feather, I managed every aspect of running a creative business, from production and customer service to administration, logistics, marketing, and event organisation. Building the brand from the ground up taught me how to combine creativity with planning, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
Social Media
I built and managed the social media presence of The Flaming Feather across four platforms, with two focused on handcrafted potions and two on 3D printed creations. Through photography, video, graphic design, and storytelling, I created all content from concept to execution and grew multiple communities to nearly or over 10K followers.

Website and Webshop
I started with a very simple website, which over time evolved into the Shopify webshop you are currently viewing. I enjoy continuously developing and refining the site, designing its structure and visuals to stay true to my brand identity. For me, the website is an extension of The Flaming Feather world, where design, storytelling, and user experience come together. Visit the full webshop here!
In March 2025 we decided to build our own workshop in the backyard! We call it the Atelier and I have aged and decorated the details myself like the lamps! The idea was to create a bit of an overgrown alchemist vibe, it is still not finished yet, but thats due lack of time and not lack of skill ;)
6 Years of Creating Magic
I started The Flaming Feather in 2020 as a part-time creative project while combining it with other jobs. Over time, it grew into a full-time business, allowing me to dedicate the past 2.5 years entirely to designing, creating, and managing the brand.
After six years of building a fantasy world from the ground up, I am ready for a new chapter where I can bring my experience in prop design, visual storytelling, and creative direction into new projects and collaborations.
