HANDCRAFTED WORK

SCULPTING AND PAINTING

I sculpt with clay, creating dragon inspired and fantasy objects, and work in painting across murals, busts, and decorative pieces. Through these practices, I explore material, texture, and form as part of my visual storytelling approach.

D&D JOURNAL COVER

As an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, I wanted to create a more personal cover for my D&D journal. Using air dry clay and paint, I followed tutorials and references to design and build the piece by hand. This personal project combines crafting and illustration, and reflects my enjoyment of creating detailed, themed objects.

Painting

AGED FAUX-LEATHER

For my belt potions, I hand-painted the faux leather to create a worn and aged look. This process helped enhance the overall realism and storytelling of the pieces, adding depth, texture, and a more authentic fantasy feel to the final design.

ELEMENTAL DRAGON POTIONS

For my four elemental dragon potions, I sculpted different scale textures onto the bottles using air dry clay. I then painted them using dry brushing techniques combined with mica powders to create a shifting, chameleon-like effect. The result is a set of pieces that focus on texture, light, and transformation.

PAINTED STATUES

Small 3D printed statues of characters from my favourite games and series, painted by hand using miniature paints as a personal hobby project. I enjoy bringing each piece to life through colour, detail, and finishing.

TANGLED MURAL

When we moved into our own home, I wanted to create a large mural for the space. I worked on it in small stages, gradually building up a detailed scene of Rapunzel’s tower with Rapunzel as the central character. It became a long-term personal project that combined patience, painting, and storytelling within my own living space.
