Print to order shipping

When you order a 3D-printed item, it can take 1-1,5 weeks to print. This depends on how long the print takes and how busy it is. We will inform you when it is shipped, and you can always email us at maaike@theflamingfeather.com or info@flamingfilament to ask about estimated shipping times. 

Shipping during Holiday Season

When you order during the months of September through December, please be aware that shipping may be significantly delayed, especially for orders being shipped outside of the EU. Packages may take up to a month or a bit more to arrive, particularly if they need to go through customs. This is outside of our hands.

We recommend ordering in advance to ensure they arrive on time. Additionally, due to the high volume of orders during this period, processing times for shipments may also be longer, but you will be informed if the processing takes longer than 10 business days. 

General shipping information

Additional costs apply when the total package reaches over 2KG total (including packaging). This will be automatically calculated. There will be no extra charges after you pay, only customs may charge extra upon arrival.

Important information about foreign shipping

When sending our packages to other countries besides the Netherlands there is a chance that customs have some extra costs, these are not included in the price and unfortunately, we don't cover those costs. But when you live in European Union countries, this is not something to be worried about.

We calculate our shipping costs by weight, so the price may increase when adding heavier items.

The products are always sent within 1-1.5 week, you will receive an email when the package is on their way. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, it takes up to 3 working days often to arrive. Other countries within the EU can expect 9-14 days. Shipping might be delayed by other factors, that are unfortunately out of my hand, but I always try to start the shipping process as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

To make sure you can actually pick up your package, please mail it in advance to maaike@theflamingfeather.com. We both work a lot outside of this shop, so we are not always home. This means it can take a few days before you can pick it up.
